Shipping policy


At Threadvoro, we want your BBQ gear to arrive fast, safely, and exactly as described. This policy outlines all shipping costs, timeframes, and conditions — no surprises at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Important International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Threadvoro has no control over these fees.

Non-serviceable areas

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands. If your address falls into these categories, please contact us before placing your order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadvoro.com. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. Contact us if the issue is not resolved within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Order cancellations & address changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. After that window, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
