At Threadvoro, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@threadvoro.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging materials must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage, improper assembly, missing parts, or altered packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadvoro.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or assembled grills, smokers, stoves, or cooking equipment

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, cleaning, or assembly

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@threadvoro.com with your order details.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
